Biography
Ari Katz is Global Head of Products & Portfolio Implementation for J.P. Morgan’s Wealth Management Solutions business. He oversees a team of more than 600 professionals who help clients manage, preserve and grow their wealth through a broad solutions offering that includes mortgages, trusts and estates, portfolio management, insurance and retirement.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Katz was the Global Head of Products and Advice, where he led the strategic transformation of many of J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s core products, which accelerated innovation and led to multiple performance and growth records. Previously, he was Global Head of Mortgages, Deposits and Custody.
During his 20 years with the firm, Mr. Katz also led the 1,000-person global Client Service organization, as well as the Portfolio Management Group. In addition, he helped developed the Private Bank’s Global Access offering, a suite of opportunistic multi-asset class and multi-manager portfolios.
Mr. Katz graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Economics and Near Eastern Studies, and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He resides in Riverdale, New York, with his wife and two children.
